Distilled on the 13th October 2006, the whisky was matured in a single refill sherry butt (cask no.173) for 10 years before being bottled on the 27th October 2016 at a natural cask strength of 59.2%.

Nose: Terry’s Chocolate Orange. Sweet cherry juice. Rancio. Walnuts. Unscented candle wax. Ripe blueberries.
Palate: Powerful dried fruits and ginger dark chocolate presence. Velvety caramel. Fig jam. Further cherry notes. Allspice. Sweet raisins.
Finish: Brown sugar. Warming oak spice. Bitter dark chocolate. Light spearmint presence to finish.
