How big is each whisky sample?

Each whisky sample is 30ml (3cl) and is presented in a glass bottle that has been hand dipped in wax.

How many 30ml samples do you have for each release?

The majority of our releases will be limited to just 20 samples. This is due to the fact that for most of these whiskies we only have 1 bottle in our collection.

How many 30ml samples fit in a box?

Each box can fit 4 - 30ml samples in it. If you purchase 12 samples for example, we will send out 3 boxes.

How much is postage to the UK?

Postage to the UK is £6 – regardless of how many boxes you purchase. We ship all of our boxes Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature.

What types of whisky do you bottle?

We only bottle Scottish Single Malt and Single Grain whiskies, with the exception of a handful of old scotch blends from the 1950s/1960s/1970s/1980s.

Do you bottle whiskies from closed distilleries?

Yes. We place a particular emphasis on lost/closed/ghost distilleries. So far we have bottled whiskies from lost distilleries such as Millburn, Glen Mhor, Glen Albyn, Lochside, Glenlochy, Mosstowie, North of Scotland, Cambus etc.

How big is The Malt Library whisky collection?

We are always buying and collecting more whiskies, but currently we have over 200 whiskies in our collection and will be adding more of these to our shop on a regular basis.
