How much is shipping? (UK)

We ship all of our UK orders with Royal Mail. This is via Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 with Signature option.

This option offers the aim of next day delivery (if the order is placed before 12pm normal business days) along with notifications for the recipient and a signature on delivery. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that delivery will always be next day to all parts of the UK (for example the Highlands and Islands may take longer).

Tracked 24 with Signature is £6 – regardless of how many boxes you purchase.

Payment

We accept all major debit and credit cards via our secure third party payment partner. We also accept PayPal.

How many samples fit in a box?

We can fit up to four 30ml samples in one box.

You will see that some samples come as a set of three in a pre-made box (Example: Lost Inverness Distilleries box, Old Malt Cask Islay box).

For example, if you wanted to purchase one of our pre-made boxes above and one more additional separate sample, we will simply add the sample to the pre-made box when shipping it.

How much is shipping? (Europe)

If you are intending to purchase our samples from Europe, we would kindly ask that you contact us first via email to confirm a price, as prices vary from country to country.

How much is shipping? (USA & Canada)

If you are intending to purchase our samples from the USA and Canada, we would kindly ask that you contact us first via email to confirm a shipping price, as prices may vary. There are also some US states that we are UNABLE to ship to.

How much is shipping? (Rest of the World)

If you are intending to purchase our samples from outside the UK, Europe, USA/Canada, we would kindly ask that you contact us first via email to confirm a shipping price. There are also some countries that we are UNABLE to ship to.

Please Note:

We are a small business and a two-man operation. We would just advise that if your order is time-sensitive, then it is best to place the order in good time to avoid disappointment.

We are unable to accept liability for late delivery due to third party carriers.
