This is a 5 Year Old single malt from an undisclosed Islay distillery that was bottled by Signatory Vintage in 2000.
The whisky was bottled at 40%.
Although we are unaware of which Islay distillery this originated from, we believe from our tasting notes it is a young undisclosed Lagavulin.

Nose: Sea shells. Chargrilled lemons. Old fireplace hearth. Wet chalk. Apple chutney. Damp oak. Vintage indoor swimming pool. Burning rubber.
Palate: Pine needles.Saltwater. Twiglets. Green chilli. Soot. Gunpowder tea.
Finish: Forest floor. Tar. Tobacco ash. Herbal finish.

Nose: Fish & chips paper. Wet stones. Pears. Coconut. Cut flowers. Incense.
Palate: Menthol. Cake batter. New leather. Apricots. Sandalwood.
Finish: Marmalade. Ginger. Inhaling bonfire smoke. Custard.
