This is a single cask Mannochmore 1991 Vintage 12 year old that was fully matured in a South African sherry butt and bottled by Signatory Vintage.
The whisky was distilled at Mannochmore distillery on the 7th November 1991 before being matured in a South African sherry butt for 12 years. It was then bottled by Signatory Vintage on the 6th April 2004.
This whisky was bottled at 43%.

Nose: Apricot tarts. Flaked almonds. Raisins. Argan oil. Wet hay. Granola mix.
Palate: Orange peels. Cacao powder. Kiwi skins. Mead. Prunes. Dry oak.
Finish: Rich malt finish. Creamy oak. Walnuts. Bitter chocolate presence.
