Distilled in 1982 this was matured for 17 years in sherrywood before being bottled in 2000 at a natural cask strength of 66.6%.
Our Tasting Notes:
Nose: Rhubarb. Heavily warn leather saddle. Fruit pastels. Over cooked custard. Fleshy papaya. Blueberry smoothie. Turkish delight. Earthy cologne.
Palate: Stewed fruits – plums & apricots. Pine sap. Summer berry medley. Sharp lemon. Menthol. Strong infused mead.
Finish: Sandalwood. Lime zest. Fine white pepper. Raisins.
