Glenlossie 2004 Vintage, Connoisseurs Choice – 30ml

£10.00

This is a Glenlossie 2004 Vintage that was bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in 2016 as part of their iconic Connoisseurs Choice range.

Distilled 2004, this whisky was matured in refill sherry hogsheads before being bottled in 2016.

The whisky was bottled at 46%.

Our Tasting Notes:

Nose: Rancio. Brown leaves. Dry earth. Fruit cake. Peanut husks.

Palate: Spiced mince pies. Raisins. Wildflower honey. Dry oak. Burnt caramel.

Finish: Toffee. Wood spice. Lawn clippings. Bitter chocolate. Dried tea leaves.

Glenlossie Distillery – Open

Glenlossie distillery was founded in 1876 just south of Elgin in the heart of Speyside. Glenlossie has been a fixture of Diageo’s portfolio for over a century and is heavily tailored for large scale blending purposes. As a result it is rarely bottled as a single malt, something that we think is a great shame as Glenlossie produces a fantastic grassy, oily new make.
