Distilled in Autumn 2000, this spent 11 years maturing in a single refill hogshead (cask no.7925) before being bottled in Winter 2011 at 46%.

Nose: Rich candle-wax. Honeyed orchard fruits – green apples, sweet pears. Chai latte. Inviting oak. Vanilla pods. Flax seed capsules. Gentle incense.
Palate: Caramel. Lemon verbena. Peppermint. Walnut husks. Further pear notes.
Finish: Gentle oak. Soft fruits. Herbaceous presence. Toffee brittle.
