This is a Bunnahabhain 2009 Vintage, 11 Year Old that was bottled by Signatory Vintage in 2020.
The whisky was distilled on the 17th March 2009 and then spent 11 years maturing in a 1st fill sherry butt before being bottled on the 12th November 2020.
Please Note: The sherry butt this whisky matured in was cask number: 900087 (the sister cask of the other Bunnahabhain 2009 Vintage that was bottled by The Ultimate that we have for sale).
This was bottled at an astounding 68% abv!!!

Nose: Lingonberries. Fruit & nut chocolate. Strawberry laces. blackberry bush.
Palate: Raspberries. Candied walnuts. Nectarines. Salted almonds. Prominent oak presence.
Finish: Pecans. Hot tamales sweets. Wood spice. Bananas foster.
