Distilled on the 17th March 2009, this spent 11 years in a 1st Fill Sherry Butt before being bottled on the 17th April 2020 at a ridiculous 68.9%

Nose: Cola bottles. Soft, clotted cream fudge. Spice rub. Dry clay. Prunes. Old leather.
Palate: Spiced cherries. Tobacco. Green chilli. Paprika. Caramel. Roasted coffee beans. Feral sherry presence.
Finish: Nougat. Cloves. Orange peel. Cinder toffee. Coals.
