Amyloidosis is a rare disease caused by the abnormal deposition and accumulation of protein in the tissues of the body.
THE WHISKY
The whisky is a Bruichladdich 2005 Vintage 19 Year Old Single Cask release. It was matured in a single first fill sherry hogsheads and bottled at 57.4%. The release is limited to just 180 bottles worldwide (our bottle is no. 65).

Nose: Old style cola. Chesterfield sofas. Salted fudge. Cinnamon bark. Aged coffee beans. Blackberry juice.
Palate: Intense and powerful. Waves of cooked red fruits. Dark chocolate.Silky honey. Burnt caramel. Walnuts. Active and rich oak.
Finish: Nutmeg. Roasted coffee beans. Dried fruits. Butterscotch.
