Nose: Seville orange marmalade. Fruit cake. Gentle marmite note. Flaked almonds. Gentle sulphur. Worn leather. New copper pipework.
Palate: Powerful and rich, bordering on decadent notes of toffee, spice and bone dry sherry wood. Bitter citrus. Marzipan. Salted plums. Beef carpaccio.
Finish: Heavily roasted coffee. Very dry oak spice. Further bitter citrus. Dark chocolate. Sultanas. Walnuts husks.
